What we collect, and what we do with it.
One thing is collected here: an email address you choose to give us, used for one purpose: to send you the brief. No cookies, no tracking, nothing sold. This page states it plainly.

We collect your email address, and only your email address, submitted voluntarily through the newsletter signup form. We do not ask for your name, your location, or any other personal detail, and the form does not collect them.
If you unsubscribe, the form offers an optional reason (a fixed list, defaulting to "prefer not to say"). It is used only to understand why people leave, and leaving it blank changes nothing about your removal.
Once email campaign analytics are enabled, the email service provider may also record open and click data: whether a brief was opened and which links were followed. This is standard email delivery telemetry, used only to understand whether the brief is being read. It is never linked to a profile beyond your subscription, and it is described here so there are no surprises.
The data processor: MailerLite.
The brief is sent through MailerLite, an email service provider that acts as our data processor. MailerLite stores and processes subscriber data, including your email address and any open or click data, on GEOSINT HQ's behalf and under its own data processing terms.
We share with MailerLite only what is required to deliver the brief. We do not authorize it to use your data for any purpose other than delivering our emails.
One purpose: to send you the brief.
Your email address is used to send the daily geopolitical intelligence brief and related updates about it. Nothing else. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or any unrelated marketing.
Your data is never sold, rented, or traded.
Your personal data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties, beyond the email service provider required to deliver the brief. There is no advertising network, no data broker, and no partner list. The only party that touches your data is the processor named above, and only so the brief can reach your inbox.
Leave at any time; take your data with you.
- Unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. The link is in every brief; one click removes you from the list.
- Request deletion of your data by contacting brief@geosinthq.com. We remove your record from our active list and instruct the processor to do the same.
Access and deletion, wherever you are.
Subscribers, including those in the European Union, the United Kingdom, and California, may request access to the personal data we hold about them, or request its deletion. To exercise either right, contact brief@geosinthq.com. Because the only data we hold is your email address and any email engagement data, these requests are simple to honor.
